Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management solution, which will give you total authority over your e-mail box accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-work-with interface, you can set up a new email account in an instant and manage its settings easily. Plus, you can forward e-mails from one email mailbox to another, activate email filters, create autoresponders and secure your email boxes against junk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your email mailbox accounts against junk electronic mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unasked-for email messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a certain mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for filtering your incoming email messages based on specific rules specified by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can swiftly create an e-mail filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and edit the filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming email messages from one mailbox to another, or even to several other email boxes. Simply specify the email mailbox account you wish to forward messages from, then select the target mailbox and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your liking to access your e-mail box accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox you would like to set up on your desktop computer or cellular phone and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email box will be configured in a minute.
More Features
With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple email box accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager interface will also permit you to easily create an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will do the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
